PRESS RELEASE: New, independent advocacy group to empower young voices in WA agriculture.

WESTERN AUSTRALIA - A group of experienced advocates for the WA agriculture industry have come together to establish a new, independent advocacy group, especially for young people in the industry. AgVocateWA has made it their mission to empower young people in Western Australia’s agricultural sector through support, education and advocacy.

The incorporated group is made up of young people from all over Western Australia, from various backgrounds within agriculture.

Throughout the remainder of 2024, the group will focus on building its membership base before diving into events, resources, professional development and networking opportunities in 2025. Low-cost memberships will be available shortly.
